After you successfully complete the checkout process, a message will appear on your screen with the results of your order. If there’s an error message, follow the instructions and try again. If you need assistance, you can call us at 717-566-1314 during regular business hours or submit a request through our contact us page after hours.

You’ll also receive an email confirmation that we’ve received your order. (Please enter your email address correctly to ensure delivery of your confirmation.)

Our group orders are the simplest in the industry. We don’t require an account or a group order administrator. Simply click the “Add to Group Order” checkbox to the right of MY INFO at the top of the checkout page. Then, have everyone in your group enter the same group name in this field, and we’ll handle the rest. We can accommodate group orders of any size.

Our rolls are delivered fresh every morning from some of Philadelphia’s top bakeries. We try to order enough rolls to last through each day, but order volume varies, and sometimes we sell out earlier than expected. This policy ensures freshness and reduces waste.

We recommend placing your order online as early as possible to guarantee a roll. We’ll slice your hoagie fresh right before your scheduled arrival time.

Our Hoageez dressing is made in-house with an olive oil blend, a little vinegar, and our secret mix of seasonings. We then age it to perfection before applying it to your hoagie. Our Hoageez dressing makes the perfect complement to our hoagies.

We slice our veggies and cheeses every morning and throughout the day. In addition, we use only premium meats and cheeses, slicing them right in front of our customers as we make each hoagie to order. Finally, we use fresh-baked rolls delivered daily from Philadelphia’s top bakeries. While some places claim to be fresh, we prove it every day with everything we do!
